classic comedy by George Abbott, the master of Broadway comedy.
Erwin Trowbridge, a greeting card writer, becomes fed up with
his job and family. He ends up in a saloon, where he falls in
with three professional horse bettors. Erwin tells them about
his hobby of picking winning horses, but never putting any money
on them, and the three convince him to help them win big. Of course,
complications arise, as does the hilarity.
